The user instructions for the PHG N95 Model 6150 Disposable Respirator are as follows:

1. Unfold the mask and place it against your face, with the nose clip across the bridge of your nose. Position the respirator under your chin.

2. Pull the bottom strap over your head and position it around your neck, below the ear.

3. Pull the top strap over your head, resting it high at the top.

4. Using both hands, mold the metal nosepiece to the shape of your nose bridge by pushing inwards while moving your fingertips down both sides.

5. Perform a user seal check by placing both hands over the respirator, being careful not to disturb the position, and exhaling sharply. If air leaks, adjust the nose clip. If air leaks at the edges, adjust the straps. Repeat the seal check if an adjustment is made. If a proper fit cannot be achieved, do not enter the area requiring respirator use.
