The BYD N95 Particulate Respirator DE2322 is designed to provide respiratory protection for the user. This product has a filter efficiency of 95% or greater against solid and liquid aerosols free of oil. It does not contain any components made from natural rubber latex.

The mask features a very close facial fit and ≥95% filtration efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols free of oil. Before use, users should check that the packaging is not opened or damaged, the elastic bands are in good condition, and the metallic strip is not broken.

The mask is suitable for protecting the mouth, nose, and chin from airborne particles and blocking liquid aerosols. It is for adult use only and should not be washed. Users should store the mask in a cool, dry, and clean place, away from fire and contamination, at a temperature between -20°C and 38°C (-4°F and 100°F) with a relative humidity below 80%.

The Particulate Respirator DE2322 has an expiration date of 2 years after production, but the NIOSH has extended the expiration date to 5 years from the Production Date shown on the box.

To perform a fit check, users should place both hands over the mask, take a deep breath, and hold their breath for a few seconds, ensuring the mask collapses inward as they inhale. Then, they should exhale and hold their breath for a few seconds, ensuring the mask bulges outward. If air leaks, they should reposition the mask, tighten the metallic strip, and reposition the elastic bands for a better fit. Masks that have passed the fit check are now safe to use.

The mask consists of three layers of high-quality nonwoven materials: the outer and inner layers are made of polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric, and the middle layer is made of polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven fabric. The elastic head straps are a polyester/nylon spandex blend, and the nose clip is made of aluminum.

The mask provides a soft, skin-friendly, and comfortable wearing experience, with a foldable design that can cover the nose and mouth with a close fit to the face. This helps provide respiratory protection against non-oil particles and reduce user exposure to certain airborne particles.

It is important to note that the mask does not eliminate the risk of contracting any disease or infection, and improper use may lead to illness and even death. Users should not sleep while wearing the mask and should avoid hand contact within the interior part of the mask. The mask is for one-time use only and should be disposed of according to regulations.
